Adding a Private Prescriptions for a patient inside their patient portal is really simple.

Follow the handy video below to see how to add this including; creating the prescription, saving to an action plan, printing the prescription for the patient.

When you want to add an item like a test to a patients action plan you can do this via the product library however what do you do if you need to add something to a patients action plan that isn't already listed in the product library?

Well, in this instance we can utilise the recommendations library and add a new item which is then addable to a patients action plan.

We do ask when you're doing this to create it GLOBALLY to ensure that we have a fantastic library of products that are sharable across the F365 network to save time for all practitioners when adding products to a patients action plan.

The video below will take you through the steps on how to add a practice product to an action plan and also how to create one from the recommendations library if you need to create a new one.

Your audit log shows all actions taken within your instance of Function 365. This is a really handy feature and is easily accessible from the admin menu.

There may be a time where you need to switch between Practitioner and Receptionist mode or go from Receptionist and Accounting mode.

The video below will walk you through the steps on how to do this:

Firstly, you'll notice on the top right corner of the screen there is an icon.

If you click the icon a new box will pop up allowing you to choose which mode you'd like to be in.

Select the new mode and put in your password and it'll change you to the new mode (if you have the privileges to enable you to do this).

As you'll notice towards the end of the video, moving from Receptionist to Accounting mode, the accountant has completely different privileges and their screen is a lot more locked down and therefore they cannot see anywhere near as much information as you can as a Practitioner or a Receptionist.

From accounting mode you have to go into the menu to switch views as the icon isn't visible from their screen.

Watch below for a full run through on switching modes:

Your Function 365 Licence is all managed through our website, www.function365.co.uk

When you purchase a licence this is paid for on a monthly subscription basis but what happens if you take on more Practitioners or someone leaves and therefore you no longer require all the licences you have?

It's really simple to manage your licence from within your account on our website.

Simply navigate to the top left corner of the screen and click on the person icon.

From here, if you aren't already, you'll be prompted to login with your username and password you used to purchase your Function 365 licence (hint, if you're unsure which email address this is, search for your receipt in your email history it'll tell you on there)

Then go over to 'My Subscriptions' on the left hand menu.

Click 'View' on the licence you'd like to change.

From this page you will then be able to amend the amount of licences you'd like to pay for each month.

Cancelling an appointment within Function 365 is really simple, all you have to do is select the appointment and click "remove". If there is a package payment attached you must first remove this before cancelling the appointment. This video talks you through the steps on how to do that.
