Rescheduling Appointments and Patient Notifications in Function 365 Practice Management Software

Rescheduling an appointment is really straightforward in Function 365 Practice Management Software.

The easy to use drag and drop interface means you can simply pick up and drop appointments into the new time/day slot they want to reschedule to. You'll then get a popup asking if you'd like to notify the patient by SMS you can select yes or no.

Before we reschedule an appointment it is worth checking on the patient data to make sure they have a mobile number so they can be notified of the change of appointment.

Sounds pretty simple? That's because it is.
